project engineer

Responsibilities :

Manage the project site by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the electrical / mechanical scope, including testing and commissioning of all the systems at project site

Attending site meetings with owner / clients, consultants and contractors on matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination

Ensure safe working methods, environments, quality control and quality assurance at the project site

Manage risks in the assigned project and minimize project costs

Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Air Conditioning Engineering

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the electrical / mechanical construction field are preferred.

Internships of 3 to 6 months or longer are also welcome.

Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage.

Willing to travel

(Working location : Cyberjaya, KL city center or Johor, depending on management's arrangement)

Knowledge in project management activities like project planning, attending meetings, up keeping of project records / correspondences, project reporting, scheduling, costs control, risks management & etc

Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision
