OVERVIEW OF ROLE :

The Marketing Executive will be responsible to plan and execute Coolblog's entire calendar of initiatives and strategies to serve more customers. 2025 marks an exciting year for Coolblog as it celebrates its 20th anniversary with more than 300 stores nationwide and recently opened its first store in Sarawak.

Key Responsibilities :

Organise and plan marketing events to increase brand awareness.
Own the app journey - Execute the approved app calendar, manage coordination with app developers, and prepare performance reports.
Assist in managing online sales channels and backend support.
Monitor & analyse F&B competitor activities.
Contribute actively with fresh ideas to LTO campaign ideation from concept to execution.

Requirements :

Preferably at least a Degree in Marketing or related field.

1-2 years of experience in general marketing role.

Experience in F&B is an added advantage.

Required languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal & written.

Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
