To assist store Supervisor in daily store management- To receive incoming goods or parts which are supported by related documents.
To assist issuing of GRN.- To check the quantity of incoming goods.
To report to Store Supervisor if there is any variance in quantity, poor packing and wrong labelling of incoming goods.- To affix lot number sticker for all incoming goods.
To ensure all IQC-approved parts are arranged at the location within 24 hours.
To issue parts to production as picking list.
To ensure correct parts, correct quantity and on-time issuing of parts for all picking list.
To ensure parts are in proper packing.
To arrange stock according to pre-set location.
To arrange and issue parts with FIFO method.
To ensure 5S in the store
To assist issuing of GRN.
To carry out a monthly stock check.
