Job description

Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs aligned with business and employee development needs.

Liaise with HRD Corp (HRDF) for claimable programs, including registration, submission, and post-training documentation.

Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.

Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future sessions.

2. Employee Engagement & Team Building

Plan, coordinate, and execute team-building programs and engagement activities for employees across all divisions.

Must have prior experience organizing large-scale team-building events for 200 or more participants , including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and coordination with vendors.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure event objectives align with organizational goals and culture.

3. Performance Management

Lead and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process , ensuring timely communication, documentation, and compliance with internal policies.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on appraisal procedures and performance standards.

4. General HR Support

Support various HR initiatives related to retention, engagement, and talent development.

Participate in HR audits, policy reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
