Business Development Executive

Job Title : Business Development Executive (2pax)

Salary Range : Basic RM2k + Comm + Allowance

Benefits : Petrol & Outstation Allowance & Medical Claim

EPF / SOCSO / EIS , Annual Bonus

Working Hours：Monday- Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)- Lunch : 12.30pm to 1 : 30pm / Saturday - 8.30am to 12 : 30pm (1 / 2 day)

Working Location：KL Sungai Buloh & Kota Kinabalu Sabah

Job Scopes

1. Channel Development and Management : - Identify and develop new channels, and establish and maintain good relationships with partners. - Evaluate and select suitable channels and partners for the company, and sign cooperation agreements

with them.

2. Market Research and Analysis : - Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor situations, and customer needs. - Analyze the market situation, develop, and adjust channel strategies to increase market share.

3. Goal Management : - Set targets and monitor the completion of these targets. - Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback, and make timely adjustments to poorly

performing channels.

4. Communication and Coordination : - Act as a bridge between the company and channel partners, ensuring smooth information transmission. - Handle issues and conflicts in channel cooperation, maintaining good cooperative relationships.

5. Risk Management : - Assess potential risks in channel cooperation and develop corresponding counter measures.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. SPM is acceptable with proven marketing skills and abilities
