Job description
  • Provide exceptional customer service and detailed product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right Proton vehicle.
  • Demonstrate Proton models, highlighting key features, technologies, and unique selling points during test drives and showroom visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, timely manner across various communication channels.
  • Promote Proton vehicles through both online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, WhatsApp, roadshows, and showroom events.
  • Create and share engaging promotional content to attract leads and generate customer interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

    Pay : RM1, RM15,000.00 per month
