About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Customer Service Centre Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with inquiries, handling service requests, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience at our service centre.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and warranty claims.
- Register and track service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding service status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the service centre environment is organized, professional, and customer friendly.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.Operation Hours :
5 working days, 2 off days (schedule based on rotation)9 : 00am – 10 : 30pm (follow mall operation hours)Benefit
