About The Role
The Intake Clinician’s primary role is to provide high quality and professional solution‑focused counselling and information support service to employees of client companies telephonically in Malaysia. The role is a permanent full‑time position and would be working from home. It is a night‑shift position, with shifts from 19 : 00 (7 pm) to 07 : 00 (7 am) in 12‑hour blocks, and includes rotational days off to manage weekend shifts. The nature of the role involves adhering to call centre conditions and structures. The job specification is not exhaustive and will be reviewed as the role develops. Several pre‑employment checks are prerequisites for hiring external applicants, e.g., criminal checks, reference checks, past employment checks, ID verification, qualification verification, residence and credit checks. Preference will be given to candidates with background and working experience in the EAP field.
