We also develop, own, and operate Shopping Centres that are anchored by IKEA and create walkable communities by including residential, office, and other types of real estate in our development plans.

Responsibilities :

  • To actively approach customers who require additional help.
  • To identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes to exceed expectations.
  • To understand and utilize different IKEA sales and communication channels for various customers.
  • To keep your area clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, ensuring merchandising standards are met for a positive shopping experience.
  • To convey passion about IKEA products, learn about their features and benefits, and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  • To understand store and department action plans, take responsibility for department goals, and contribute effectively.
  • To maximize sales while maintaining profitability by focusing on top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Willing to work at IKEA Pop-up Store – Quill City Mall / Selayang Mall / Alamanda Putrajaya / Sungai Mas Plaza
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Business-minded, result-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Experience in customer- and commercial-oriented business.
  • Confident in engaging proactively with people.
  • Interested in home furnishing and improving everyday life at home.
  • Meticulous, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Able to take initiative, make decisions, and multitask effectively.
  • Polite, friendly, and experienced in face-to-face customer service.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a flexible and open-to-change mindset.
  • Assertive and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer literate with good attention to detail.
