Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and role fit.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels—including job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent pipelines to proactively source candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate smooth transitions into the organization.
- Handle Training & Development administration, including registration, payments, HRDC grant applications, and claims processing.
- Prepare and submit monthly recruitment and training reports for management meetings.
