Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil
- Experience : Some employers may prefer telemarketers with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or telemarketing.
- Communication skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for telemarketers. Telemarketers use their communication skills to persuade customers to buy products or services. They also listen to customers to understand their needs and motivations.
- Product knowledge : Telemarketers need to be knowledgeable about the products and services they are offering. They should be able to answer customer questions.
- Sales targets : Telemarketers are responsible for generating leads and achieving sales targets. They may need to be able to close sales.
