Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts.
- Oversee performance management, employee appraisals, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Advise and support senior management on HR best practices, including talent retention and employee development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports; provide insights to leadership on key HR metrics.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote job satisfaction and motivation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus).10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on approach to HR management.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Why Join Us
