Responsibilities
Sales Data and Trade Expenditure Claim Collection & Cleaning – Gather data from internal and external sources; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Sales Data and Trade Expenditure Claim Analysis – Use basic statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting & Visualization – Prepare simple reports, dashboards, and charts to present findings clearly.
Database Maintenance – Assist in updating and maintaining data systems and records.
Collaboration – Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
Learning & Development – Actively learn analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
Documentation – Maintain documentation for datasets, processes, and analysis steps for reference.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
