MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Planning and Coordination to ensure resources are aligned and outlining individual tasks, timelines and responsibilities.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain a positive relationship to ensure client satisfaction and set the stage for ongoing collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills, technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Define project goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools
  • Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones
  • Organise, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems
  • Educate employees in methods to ensure project continuity and completeness
  • Create detailed task lists and work effort assessment
  • Arrange short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members
  • Manage schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results
  • Identify changes in work scope in the project plan
  • Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets
  • Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate them
  • Delivering quality, accurate and timely periodic and ad-hoc management reports and analysis.
  • To liaise and work closely with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
  • To analyze data for business and revenue forecasting.
  • To work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Recommend process improvements, attend trainings.
  • Able to interpret the modelling results, describe performance metrics to business users.
  • To solve business problems with advanced analytical solutions, experience in building and deploying project management tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
