Requirements
- Strong communication skills and service mindset, with responsibility and patience
- Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidate
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok; influencer outreach or operations experience is an advantage
- Skilled in spreadsheets and data organization with basic Excel knowledge
- Experience in e-commerce customer service or assistant roles is preferred
Responsibilities
Handle daily inquiries and provide customer support for online stores to improve customer satisfactionEstablish and maintain relationships with influencers (KOLs, streamers) and coordinate collaborationsCommunicate closely with influencers to assist in content partnerships and campaign executionSupport the operations team in coordinating with streamers and local Malaysian staff, ensuring clear communication of tasks and feedbackFollow up on after-sales reshipment processes and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyTrack and report daily individual work performance; assist in data organization for performance visibilityBenefits
