About The Company
Your future employer is a public listed & leading water and wastewater engineering company. They are looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a water treatment project based at Lubok China, Melaka.
Job Scope Include
- Measurement / Taking Of : Prepare of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Cost Estimation : Determine pricing rates for materials, labor, and equipment. Manage Payment & Claims.
- Coordination : Verify actual site quantities against the original drawings / BQ. Prepare and manage progress claims, final accounts, and Variation Orders (VOs) in case of scope changes.
