Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development marketing or real estate.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the property development process , marketing for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and offline campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools , Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and basic website management.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and public relations.
- Familiarity with graphic design, photography, and video production processes is an added advantage (though not mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites and events when required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property projects, covering branding, advertising, promotions, digital campaigns, and events.Plan and execute project launches, show units, marketing events, and exhibitions to attract buyers and investors.Manage and drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO / SEM, Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), website management, and email marketing.Build and maintain the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company sales targets and objectives.Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing tools, promotional materials, brochures, videos, and advertisements to support lead generation and conversion.Manage media buying, public relations, and negotiate with advertising agencies, media platforms, and external vendors.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property market movements, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.Oversee the design and management of show galleries, billboards, signage, and project branding materials.Prepare marketing performance reports, campaign analyses, and post-mortem reviews for management.Benefits
