Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development marketing or real estate.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the  property development process , marketing for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and offline campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proficient in  digital marketing tools , Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and basic website management.
  • Strong understanding of  branding, advertising, and public relations.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, photography, and video production processes is an added advantage (though not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites and events when required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property projects, covering branding, advertising, promotions, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Plan and execute project launches, show units, marketing events, and exhibitions to attract buyers and investors.
  • Manage and drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO / SEM, Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), website management, and email marketing.
  • Build and maintain the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company sales targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing tools, promotional materials, brochures, videos, and advertisements to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage media buying, public relations, and negotiate with advertising agencies, media platforms, and external vendors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property market movements, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.
  • Oversee the design and management of show galleries, billboards, signage, and project branding materials.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports, campaign analyses, and post-mortem reviews for management.
