Job Title : Mortgage Advisor

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor at AIA to join our team on a part-time basis in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry and possess a strong skill set including communication, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, sales & marketing, leadership, product knowledge, and customer service. This role offers a hybrid work mode, providing flexibility for both remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Analyze financial information to determine the best mortgage options for clients.
Present mortgage solutions effectively to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote mortgage products and services.
Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding clients through the mortgage process.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
