About us

Kreato Global, founded in 2020, is a BPO company specializing in providing comprehensive language solutions. We offer expertise in Medical Interpretation through Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services, ensuring seamless communication in healthcare sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote Entry Level English-Mandarin Medical OPI / VRI role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services between English and Mandarin in medical settings. The role will involve facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)
  • HIPAA compliant

Requirements

  • Ethernet connection (connected directly to router via cable), no Wi-Fi
  • Noise-canceling mic and USB connection headset
  • Have full-time availability from MON-FRI
