Audit Manager

Job summary :

The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and delivering high-quality reports with actionable insights. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value. The Audit Manager will also play a key role in monitoring regulatory updates and best practices to keep clients aligned with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure proper execution of work and achievement of assignment objectives within specified timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Perform audit assignments in accordance with the approved schedule, scope, and mandate.
• Present audit findings with detailed analysis, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Identify value-adding opportunities and provide advisory input to enhance clients' business processes.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation, international internal auditing standards, and best practices to ensure clients remain compliant.

Requirements

3 years of auditing experience, preferably with exposure to team leadership.
