Job descriptionIn charge of new product development. -To carry out design and development of the product through product research, testing and analysis. -Liaise with customer on product development documents and implement quality deliverables as customer requirements. -Coordination and preparation of product samples and pre-production through divisional control management -Improve existing equipment based on technical requirements and performing functional test of the product. -Work closely with manufacturing teams, sales and purchasing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance criteria. -Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design options and make informed decisions -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and services needed for product development and production. -Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements. -Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional team discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
