We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs, illustrations, layouts and multimedia content that support the company’s brand and communication strategies. This role requires strong design skills, creativity and the ability to work collaboratively with the Corporate Communication and Marketing team to deliver impactful digital and print materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop on‑brand graphics, illustrations, layouts and templates for digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website assets and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communication and Marketing team to understand project objectives, target audiences and messaging, ensuring all designs align with marketing strategies and goals.
- Develop, implement and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creativity and design quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design concepts, layouts and final artwork.
- Optimize designs for different platforms and formats, applying responsive design principles and usability best practices.
- Maintain an organised library of design assets such as stock photos, illustrations, templates and multimedia files for easy access and reuse.
- Plan, shoot, edit and produce videos for web and mobile platforms, including editing raw footage, adding effects and creating motion graphics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation or a similar role.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Strong portfolio showcasing design, illustration and video / multimedia projects.Knowledge of responsive design, digital marketing formats and social media trends.Video production and editing experience (shooting, editing and motion graphics).Attention to detail, creativity and ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.Job Type : Full‑time
