Job descriptionSenior : > Knowledge of financial market operations is a plus. Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in information technology engineering, or related field (e.g., project management). Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux / Unix environment. Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle-oriented). Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems. Familiarity with Citrix is a plus. Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z / OS), is a plus. Experience with monitoring and incident management systems. Understanding of ITIL or similar service management best practices. Quick learner; capable of rapidly acquiring new technical knowledge. Responsibilities
- Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user requests (analyze and debug).
- Participate in projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and coordinate with infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.
Qualifications
6 years of experience with Linux and shell scripting as well as SQL and production support.
