Job descriptionCollege or Bachelor’s Degree required. At least 3 years of corporate experience and / or 1 year of adult teaching experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (oral and writing). Willingness to teach video classes. Comfortable using online teaching platforms. Fluency in other languages is a plus. Editing and / or proofreading advantage. Energetic, pleasant, engaging. Open‑minded and willing to learn. Dedicated quiet workspace. PC or Mac (laptop or desktop). Noise‑cancelling headset with microphone. Webcam capability (internal or external). PC or Laptop : Windows 10 or newer, or Mac (Monterey / Ventura / Sonoma). Intel processor : Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent. Mac Processor : MacBook Pro – M1 Chip or MacBook Air – M1 Chip. 8 GB RAM or more. 20 GB free disk space. High‑speed Internet (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps). 30 hours minimum per week. Afternoon Shift / Night Shift (Paris Time). Working days : any day of the week as long as the weekly hours are met.

Job Summary
We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals who will help transform our clients’ communication skills. As a trainer, you will conduct live video lessons online for corporate employees, ranging from CEOs to specialists.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live video training sessions to one learner or a group per session.
- Write lesson reports documenting coverage for each session.
