Requirements

  • Education : Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Chinese is required
  • Shift Flexibility : Willingness to work on a 24 / 7 rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support : Manage inbound inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, including those related to driver or delivery partner performance, service quality, and order discrepancies.
  • Order Management : Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Policy Communication : Clearly communicate any changes in service policies, terms, or conditions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team environment to meet KPI targets and SLA requirements.
