Summary

a)Develop test strategy, test plan, test acceptance criteria and test scripts.

b)Perform and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

c)Ensure all user acceptance testing (UAT) activities are validated with relevant sign off.

d)Liaison with IT on the UAT environment preparedness.

e)Perform and lead post-implementation validation activities.

AML System & Project

1.Develop test strategy, test plan, test acceptance criteria and test scripts.

2.Perform and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

3.Liaison with IT on the UAT environment preparation and readiness.

4.Coordinate with stakeholders on their involvement, objective, plan and expectation of the UAT activities.

5.Provide guidance / training / assistance to stakeholders during UAT activities.

6.Ensure all user acceptance testing (UAT) activities are validated with relevant sign off.

7.Coordinate with IT on the deployment / implementation plan.

8.Perform impact analysis of the changes to be deployed and highlight any material risks to systems and processes due to the fixes / change.

9.A point of reference on any matters related to UAT.

10.Partake in the new AML / CFT System Project and other assigned projects.

11.Take initiative to resolve issues and remove roadblocks with analyzed recommendations.

Other assignments :

1.Deliver ad hoc assignments within a given timeline.

2.Handle and deliver any other task assigned by Immediate Supervisor, Head of FCC, and Group Chief Compliance Officer within the assigned timeline.

3.Assist to accommodate requests for information from Regulators, Internal Audit, Management Committees, and any other relevant parties.

Qualification

Diploma / Degrees in any related discipline or equivalent experience.

Years of Experience

For G10 / G11 / G12 – More than 3 years experience

Specific Skills / Knowledge and Certification Required

Good exposure and experience of working in the related areas i.e. Banking and fast-moving environment.

Strong managerial skill.

Good communication, writing skill and interpersonal.

Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.

Ability to perform a variety of functions at various levels internally & externally.

Ability to multi-task, highly numerate with great attention to detail.
