1. Role Summary
The Technical Project Support Manager will be responsible for end-to-end support of technical project operations including pre-sales and post-sales coordination, project execution, and equipment / service management. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of ICT hardware / software deployment and leasing projects across both private and government sectors. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with e-Perolehan tendering , ICT solution design, vendor management, and project documentation.
2. Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Execution
- Coordinate and support the implementation of ICT projects to meet technical deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, and vendors for the effective delivery of hardware maintenance and leasing services.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and delays.
Tender Management & Documentation
Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, especially for government projects via e-Perolehan .Manage the entire tender lifecycle : registration, bid submission, compliance review, clarification handling, and documentation.Work closely with procurement and legal teams to ensure timely, complete, and compliant documentation.Pre-Sales & Solution Support
Assist the sales team with technical expertise for solution proposals and quotations.Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and consultations with clients.Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) , solution architecture, and technical specifications for ICT systems.ICT Equipment & Service Management
Oversee the leasing and lifecycle management of ICT hardware and software.Ensure system uptime, performance, and timely preventive / corrective maintenance.Manage records of SLAs, service contracts, warranties, renewals, and service incidents.3. Key Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , or related ICT fields.Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project support or technical project management.Hands‑on expertise in :e‑Perolehan tendering processes (government sector).
Pre‑sales support for enterprise ICT solutions.Hardware leasing, service contracts, and equipment maintenance.Managing private and public sector ICT projects.Technical Skills
Familiarity with enterprise‑grade hardware , networking infrastructure, and system architecture.Understanding of ICT compliance , government procurement standards, and documentation protocols.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , MS Project , Trello , and CRM / ERP systems (preferred).Soft Skills
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy.Effective problem‑solving, analytical, and follow‑up skills.4. Key Interfaces
