Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with confidence in liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Sales Operations Senior Executive
As a Sales Operations Senior Executive , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development and operations team by driving process excellence and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management : Streamline and maintain accurate data across sales pipelines and reports (especially using Zoho CRM ).
- Proposal & Tender Support : Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Centralized Sales Assets : Manage and update key sales materials such as CVs, case studies, and sales information.
- Marketing & Events Support : Collaborate with the marketing team in event planning, preparation, and on-site execution.
