Position : HR Executive
Salary Package : RM3,500 - RM5,000
Working Location : JB Town Area
Company Background : Property Agency
Working Days & Hours : Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.30pm ; Friday : 9am - 6pm
Job Descriptions :
- Handle recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist and monitor and evaluate employee performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll and manage benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
