Role Expectation -Assist supervisor on Accounting Activities including Full Set of Accounts, Monthly Management Reporting and any Other Ad-Hoc Reporting. -Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. -Assist with the processing of invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable. -Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. -Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. -Assist in Preparing Company Budget, Cashflow Forecast and Variance Analysis Report. -Make Recommendations to Improve And / or Enhance existing procedures and practices -Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Executive or supervisor. Requirements -Local Student only -Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. -Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Effective verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
