Overview
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, including lectures, workshops, and seminars.
- Design, develop, and update course materials, modules, and academic programs.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and creative portfolios.
- Provide academic guidance, counseling, and pastoral care to support student development.
- Monitor academic program performance and contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Support teaching staff evaluation through classroom observations and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with industry partners and participate in knowledge exchange activities.
- Assist with institutional administration, coordination, and service roles.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support institutional goals.
