Location : Chemin AI, Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

As a Part‑Time Project Associate, you will support the Delivery Team at Chemin! You will report to the Head of Delivery and collaborate with Project Delivery Executives to ensure our community of Data Annotators delivers high‑quality work to our clients, fueling AI advancements across various industries.

Objectives

You will assist in the operational management of client projects, requiring a strong work ethic as well as project‑ and people‑management skills.

Work Arrangements

• Fully remote or hybrid; you may work from our office in Damansara Heights on two weekly office days, Mondays and Fridays.
• Project Associates are expected to follow the Malaysian time zone (9 : 00 am–6 : 00 pm, Monday–Friday), with a tolerance of no more than 4 hours for time‑zone differences.
• Minimum contract period is three months, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
• Candidates may start working immediately in November 2025 onwards.
