Production Manager

Job Responsibility

Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.

Lead and supervise production teams to achieve targets and maintain quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and quality procedures.

Monitor and control production costs while optimizing efficiency.

Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for materials and resources.

Prepare reports on production performance, challenges, and improvements.

Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree / Diploma in any related field.

Minimum 3â5 years of experience in a production management role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software (advantageous).
