Purpose Statement :

The Higher Level Assembly Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Executes manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-effective services that meet customer requirements, applying process improvements or troubleshooting as needed.
• Uses appropriate tools to perform work, including creating, analyzing, and verifying documentation, programs, models, processes, or production related to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of how they support Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements.
• Executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and supports production line operators.
• Has a basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation relevant to their role.
