We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and drive overall recruitment for us to grow the business globally.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → offer → onboarding).
- Work directly with hiring managers (Delivery, Sales, Presales, etc.) to understand hiring needs and provide advice throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish strong rapport with hiring managers to develop a strategy to fill all open positions in a timely manner and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers, and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications appropriate for the position.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for critical IT / Tech roles to support current and future hiring needs.
- Post advertisements on various recruitment platforms, company websites, and networks, including internationally focused sources.
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunters) and collaborate closely with HO / Offshore Recruitment teams to deliver results.
- Screen / review online applications evaluating factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability, and develop a shortlist of potential candidates.
- Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and facilitate applicant interviews (in person and / or virtually).
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with hiring managers, providing candidates with feedback on interview results.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages including salary, start date, and other relevant details.
- Submit all candidate information (resume, employment application form, references, communications, documentation) to the Human Resources department for onboarding.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and collaborate with functional leaders to deliver an engaging and informative new hire experience.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports to the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in searching for candidates with executive, professional, and technical expertise.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional business stakeholders.Experience in fast‑growing environments, preferably within fintech, technology, or similar industries.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.Adaptability and innovation focus on implementing creative solutions in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.Locations
