Overview

Procurement - Buyer (Immediately Start) at Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • PR Review : Pick up internal low-value purchase requests (PRs) below 10k USD or PRs that can be covered by the procurement framework.
  • Review PR to ensure purchasing items / services and budget are reasonable, and that all necessary information (supplier onboarding status, contract requirement, category, unit price, total amount, region address, etc.) is correct within 2 days.
  • Based on PR content, verify if the request can be fulfilled through the key supplier list and invite the supplier to respond to the quotation (only for below 10k USD and not covered by the framework).
  • Supplier selection and cost evaluation : For below 10k BCL, confirm quote authenticity and price reasonableness, and record in the system.

Qualifications

  • Educational & Experience : Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 1 year of procurement experience.
  • Language Proficiency : Strong English skills at CEFR B1 / B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
  • Key Attributes : Highly responsible, self-motivated, open to challenges. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to personal and company growth.
  • Technical Skills : Prior experience with OA systems, Ariba, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage.
