Job description

As a Customer Success Intern, You Will

  • Support the Customer Success team in managing ongoing client learning programs and projects.
  • Assist in tracking program schedules, attendance, license usage, and learner engagement.
  • Coordinate with facilitators, operations, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Prepare and update reports, including run sheets, feedback summaries, and learning analytics.
  • Participate in team meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.

Support In HRDC Claim-related Processes, Including

  • Collecting, validating, and compiling required documentation from clients and internal teams.
  • Updating HRDC forms and records to meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating with HRDC representatives as needed.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and process adherence for audits.
