Job description

We’re looking for a talented Design Sales Executive to join our growing team at YNC Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. This role is perfect for someone who loves managing client projects, building strong relationships, and driving upsell opportunities in the digital design and development space.

Location : Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19, Alam Shah Bukhari Apartments, Flat B2

Work Type : Onsite

Shift : Night (8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client communication and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams
  • Prepare project proposals, quotes, and timelines
  • Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery

Required Expertise

  • Website Development : CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Wix) & custom websites, especially eCommerce
  • CRM Systems and client lifecycle management
  • Portal & SaaS Solutions understanding
  • Marketing & Branding fundamentals
  • Mobile & Web Applications knowledge

    • Preferred Industry Knowledge

  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
  • Apparel / Fashion
  • B2B and D2C models

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales or project management (preferably digital / design)
  • Target-driven, organized, and proactive personality
