Job descriptionDiploma in Supply Chain or Engineering discipline. Any other equivalent diploma. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience. Good communication in both English and Malay. Has basic engineering exposure. Strong in negotiation skills and SAP would be added advantage.

Our client is a leading multinational group. As a dynamic and expanding business, they are looking to bring on board a Purchasing Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya.
The new role
- Negotiate the best price with best term for company.
- Yearly review on supplier standard price list and standard scope of work.
- Negotiate with supplier for best price offer.
- Ensure all PO with comparison.
- Follow up with suppliers for any delivery arrangement.
- Ensure all required information submitted.
- Change in system if any information updated from vendor.
- Yearly review on vendor information.
- Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of suppliers.
- Close monitoring of supplier lead time.
- Monitor outstanding PO for respective suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
