Job Responsibilities
- Sales activities to build regional branding in Johor, Singapore and Indonesia :
Well-versed in the SMT / Semiconductor market in the mentioned region; can identify target key accounts in these regions. Develop and identify new opportunities through deeply and proactively communicating with end customers and channels, driving revenue, market share, and margins.
Attending market events and shows to present our product and build our brand.Establishing and growing strategic partner relationships.Regional market analysis and reporting :Analyzes market data reports, collaborates internally, and networks information to uncover competitive markets and incremental opportunities; analyzes and reports on issues surrounding loss of business opportunities; provides timely, accurate, and complete sales reports and forecasts; and attends required sales conference calls. Give thorough market feedback to management.
Attends industry functions, events, and conferences to provide feedback and market and trend information.Product Knowledge :Maintain a high level of product technical knowledge and competitive awareness.
Stay current on technological advances and share your knowledge with your customers and distributors.Creates distinct selling propositions and differentiators.Channel development and support :Knows well about our products and the processes of our end customers, can initiate a value proposition and act as a pre-seller, and can help our channel penetrate big accounts through demos and presentations.
Provides demonstrations, sales training, and service training in order to raise awareness and drive solution sales.Manage customer service issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retentionQualifications
Major : Bachelor's in engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Electrical / Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent, or other related majors;Excellent oral and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.Prefer 3 years and above of working and management experience in SMT-related equipment sales; grasp a rich knowledge of SMT equipment, technology, and management.Business development experience, including prospecting and new account developmentSales enthusiast who enjoys self-challenge; proactive; goal-oriented; self-driven#J-18808-Ljbffr
