Overview

Working Location : JB PARADIGM MALL (Basic Salary RM 2,100), commission separate (minimum RM 200–RM 500 above).

We are recruiting for our HLA male Brand in Malaysia. HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Fashion Associate. As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.
