Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (construction / property development industry preferred)
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Cantonese is preferred)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Handle all project-related documentation, including :
  • Preparing covering letters
  • Emailing, printing, and filing of drawings / documents
  • Prepare and send out Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Inspection to project consultants
  • Attend meetings with the Director and Project Manager to record accurate minutes
  • Manage online communications :
  • Respond to client messages and inquiries
  • Schedule and arrange site visits
  • Support general administrative and ad-hoc project management tasks as needed
