Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (construction / property development industry preferred)
- Proficient in Mandarin (Cantonese is preferred)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
Handle all project-related documentation, including :Preparing covering lettersEmailing, printing, and filing of drawings / documentsPrepare and send out Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Inspection to project consultantsAttend meetings with the Director and Project Manager to record accurate minutesManage online communications :Respond to client messages and inquiriesSchedule and arrange site visitsSupport general administrative and ad-hoc project management tasks as neededBenefits
