Kitchen cook / chef vacancy in a mall food establishment located at KL Eco City Mall. Responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, washing dishes and utensils, managing inventory, and supporting the overall operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
Operations :
- 5 Days work day : Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm, OT provided.

Key Responsibilities :
Food PreparationWash, peel, chop, and slice ingredients as directed by chefs.Assist with the preparation of dishes and portioning of ingredients.Transporting, setting up, and serving meals on tray service.Kitchen Operations & SupportReceive and store food supplies according to food safety standards.Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting shortages.Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.Pack take-out orders as needed.Safety & ComplianceFollow all established procedures for food handling, storage, and preparation.Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.Required Skills & Qualities
Ability to follow directions accurately and quickly.Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift / carry supplies.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
