Design, develop and deliver integrated HR solutions and services (talent sourcing, talent development and talent engagement) to achieve project objectives and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Project Sourcing & Recruitment : Assist the HR Project Manager with project recruitment; locate suitable project resources on a contract basis. Handle recruitment administration, prepare purchase requests in SAP, liaise with support administrators, coordinate with third‑party manpower suppliers, screen CVs, organize interviews, assess applicants, prepare compensation packages, onboard candidates and maintain staff records.
- Global Mobility : Coordinate with third‑party agencies for immigration and relocation of project staff, manage business trips and vendor inspections, and support mobilisation, demobilisation and leave passage.
- Employee Engagement : Serve as focal point for staff engagement, communicate HR policies, manage conflicts, respond to staff queries and complaints to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 7 years of related experience, preferably offshore Oil & Gas EPC project background.Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.Seniority Level
