As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting various HR functions. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracker and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
