Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, located in Puchong. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the sales team by providing administrative support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Other day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong
• Experience in the ICT or CCTV industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP
