About the role
As an IT Executive at WARNAKALA STUDIO SDN BHD', you will be responsible for providing technical support and IT services to the company's employees. This full-time position is based in Cyberjaya, Selangor and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network-related issues
- Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment
- Administering and monitoring the company's IT systems, including servers, databases and communication networks
- Implementing IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Documenting IT processes and procedures and providing training to employees as needed
- Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve any IT-related problems or incidents
- Researching and recommending new technologies to enhance the company's IT capabilities
