Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions
Teaming up with the senior management to develop the company's medium to the long-term financial and strategic plan via financial modelling
In charge of developing any financial projections, forecasts and / or budgets, and recommending modifications where necessary
Using operational and financial KPI and incorporating them into any financial projections, forecasts and budgets modelling
Presents thorough monthly variance analysis to explain any deviations from forecasts and / or budgets
Suggests new or change of existing operational and financial KPI and work with various teams in developing the data collection, reporting and monitoring framework
Overseeing and managing all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks
Modeling long-term growth and determining the business elements that influence it
Provide data-backed comprehensive review and commentary on client and product margin performance
Develop business intelligence (BI) reporting or work with existing teams to develop BI reports, thoroughly and critically evaluate the underlying logic, calculations, data collections
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and at least seven to ten years of experience in FP&A, or a related field are required.
CPA or equivalent qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory
Demonstrates strong logical, analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Capability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly changing and quick environment
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, making use of BI and reporting software
Capability to lead projects throughout an organization and cultivate cross-team relationships
Advanced computer program skill is preferred, but not mandatory, such as the ability to write macros in Excel and other financial packages
Required to travel within Asia Pacific region periodically
Occasionally required to work with other Asia Pacific or overseas team in a different timezone
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese-speaking clients.
Immediate availability is preferred.
