Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and be familiar with frameworks such as Laravel, WordPress, Yii, and CodeIgniter. Knowledge of Node.js and Python is a significant plus. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, database schemas, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related frameworks specifically Laravel. Additional good to have knowledge on WordPress, Yii, CodeIgniter.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Design and implement database schemas.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Backend Developer with at least 2+ years of professional experience.

Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with Laravel.

Experience with WordPress.

Knowledge of Yii, CodeIgniter, Node.js or Python is a plus.

Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to integrate with backend logic.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
