We are seeking an entrepreneurial Category Coordinator who will support selected categories within foodpanda’s pandamart team. They will assist Category Managers to manage product content, ensure system accuracy, support promotion setup and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to the Senior Category Manager in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of system, catalogue, orders and promotions setups
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure accurate submission of new product listing forms, promotion proposals and trade plans
• Promotion setup using the in-house promotion tool
• Coordinate with the Principal brand (supplier / brand owner) to obtain any missing information needed for processing
• Assist in editing images (cropping, background color changes, resizing) to meet basic requirements or forward to principal brands for rework
• Assist in other ad-hoc administration / coordination work as a middle person between internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflow runs smoothly
